Our inventory is used and therefore not every machine is in like new condition.  Therefore we ask that you read the description, review the photos completely, and speak to a salesman about a machine before bidding.  Yoder Machinery will except offers even if the machine is not in perfect condition or not under warranty. We give our most honest description on each piece.  We are here to please the customer and sell good used machinery.  This item is used, sold as pictured. Please refer to the pictures for its cosmetic condition. You are welcome to come by our showroom and see this item in-person.  Please contact us regarding any questions on our return policy prior to bidding.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Yoder Machinery Sales accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover.

Money orders, cashier checks of more than $ 1,000.00 US Dollars must be mailed, via FedEx Priority Overnight, UPS Next  Day Air or UPS Overnight Certified Mail. Please e-mail sales@yodermachinery.com or fax us at (419)865-5557 with your tracking number for tracking your payment.

You can also use PayPal, and Wire Transfer as payment of goods purchased in our auctions. Direct deposit is a preferred method for purchases (to avoid unnecessary fees and charges for either party and prompt payment). For instructions on direct deposits, please contact the payment department toll free 800-622-4463 (800/MACHINE). 

PayPal payments can be sent to sales@yodermachinery.com.

All buyers will receive a winning notification email (Invoice) within 24 hrs after auction ends (if for some reason you do not receive this email please let us know). Auctions ending on Saturday or Sunday will receive email notification on the following Monday.

We have adopted these "New Policy and Terms" due to an excess of non-paying winning bidders.

All purchases under $ 100.00 are expected to be paid within three days of end of auction. Multiple and single winning bids, totaling between $100.00 to $ 999.00 will need to be paid within two days of end of auction, and we ask that you have your finances in order before end of auction. Multiple and single winning bids over $ 1,000.00 need to be paid by the next business day.

EBAY TERMS

eBay charges Yoder Machinery Sales a service fee for each item we list. If a customer cannot or does not pay for an eBay purchase in the specified amount of time, Yoder Machinery Sales will file a non-paying bidder alert with eBay. Yoder Machinery Sales will hold the non-paying bidder responsible for the eBay fees and commission incurred by us. In order to protect our business with paying customers, we will leave negative feedback for non-paying bidders.

RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY

Yoder Machinery Sales offers a money-back guarantee within 15 days of purchase on all eBay auction items with the exception of items that are listed in the "As Is" or "As Shown" condition. These items do not carry our warrantee.

Our normal Return Policy does not apply to international shipments except for Canada.

International bidders are encouraged to personally inspect or have a representative inspect the merchandise.
